Yesterday was my first day at work after a month long vacation leave. I’ve grown big! Everyone noticed it. Well, not that big really. They just used to see me with somewhat sexy curves. These curves are still curves but now in little bulges! Haha! The thing is, its so nice to sleep 8 hours a night and to nap 3 hours after lunch. I must confess, I think I ate gallons of ice cream for a month! Haha! But since I’m getting sick of them always reacting how big I am now, I think I’m going back to the gym or I’m buying some diet pills. I realized how I’ve been so uncaring to my own self. Oh my!

The birthday gift

My nephews who are twins will be celebrating their 14th birthday at the end of this month. These kids are musically inclined. Daniel plays the guitar and the drum set while Darrel sings and plays the piano. They have been bugging me about buying them ipods since last month. I told them I’ll see what I can do. Good thing I got a bonus from a project. I could surprise them with their wishes on their birthday. I can’t wait the reaction on their faces when they see the blue and green ipods!

On an early Saturday morning, we (mom, dad, jesi -my cousin) went to visit my sister and my nephews in their place. It was an hour drive from our house. The main road was closed for a road maintenance. So we were asked to have a detour. As we tackle the other way, we noticed the majestic view of the mountains. It was so amazing to see sunrise with the mountains! Of course we didn’t let pass the opportunity of capturing nature at its best. We stopped for while and made our digital cameras working on the double. Wait till you see the pictures!
