My college friends were inviting me for a tour in Europe in September. I was half hearted about it because I usually get sick during these months, but as an enticement, one of my friends offered me to get a travel health insurance for free! She will take the expenses for me, nah! I was surprised to hear about it, and I think I am reconsidering! Europe is a nice place you know. Haha!

What a stress

My last two weeks at work had been like a storm. Rushing reports here and there while training for a key position in our company and reviewing for an exam in my masteral schooling. Stress clouded my life. I could not eat and sleep well. I lost weight in a matter of days and pimples appeared on my face magically. Its just so ugly to see. And I can’t make them go away. I practically used every pimple fighting product available over the counter but its no use. My officemate recommended a natural acne treatment. I think its starting to work on my pimples. But I’m still stressed out, I wish my stress will be over soon. Huhuhu! And my pimples as well.

A week ago, I had the chance to participate in a goat/horse buying mission in Australia. I was with my uncle, eight other buyers and two guys from Austrade- representatives. On our first day, we had some farm visits in Toowoomba and Cambooya. We had the chance to mingle with the farm animals- kid (baby goat) bottle feeding, horseback riding and the like. We were even given some lectures on first aid in the farm especially when we don’t have in-house vets and tips in taking care of horse’s accessories like splint boots, leather skid boots, saddles, lassos, quirts, etc. It was fun and edifying. The next day was the auction day. We paid a good price for a pair of breeding horses. I really enjoyed our trip. I think I’m going back soon.
