Summer is gone and gone are the hot days the barbeque and grilling time. Hello to autumn and winter but I will never miss summer since I can still do my grilling days anytime in my own kitchen with healthy grilling. Good thing I have receive a gift from my last birthday a George Foreman grill and I was so delighted with it. So thanksgiving and Christmas party could be a barbeque party too.

My sister have many cosmetics and that she can use them in her face everyday. We warn her already not to make her skin suffer from acne. It is better to be look in a natural beauty than using lots of that cosmetics. My mother agreed that natural beauty is the most of all and the best is the inner beauty too.
