The winner in the biggest looser show was the topic on work break this morning. Someone in the marketing department at the office disclosed that she is motivated by the winner and so she plans to start in loosing her weight. My colleague advised her to read review websites and some fat burners products like apidexin reviews. I have positive attitude with people who are willing to have a change in themselves without someone telling them. I am sure my office-mate will be successful with her project.

My mom went to the grocery store to get some kitchen stuff. She sent me an SMS asking me to pick her up. Fortunately, I was leaving the office when I received her message. When I got there, she sent me another message telling me that she is at the supplements section looking for the best weight loss supplement that she can give to dad. My dad had been requesting her to find something for his loosing weight plans. I told to my mom to tell dad that it’s still best for him to consult a doctor or an expert’s opinion in his plans of loosing weight which she agreed.

My cousin had been asking me to find for the strongest fat burner through the web. She said she has no time to look for it because she will be very busy for the next few days. When I asked her if she will be the one to use the fat burner, she said yes. She shared a not so nice incident when she rode a public transportation bus. She almost fell because she was hard up in carrying her own weight. She thinks she really needs to loose weight. And besides she wants to start doing healthy routines from now on. Way to go cousin!
